Emily Newham
Emily hails from Queensland, where she had a musical upbringing, playing piano from age 3 and horn from 9. She studied at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music and Australian National Academy of Music. Emily was a member of the Sydney Symphony Orchestra Fellowship in 2020 and 2021.
She has performed with the Sydney, Queensland, Western Australian, Tasmanian, and New Zealand Symphony Orchestras, as well as Orchestra Victoria and Opera Australia Orchestra. Emily has also performed in many chamber groups including Arcadia Winds, Southern Cross Soloists, Best of Brass Quintet and Inner West Winds.
