Emilia Antcliff
Born in Sydney, Emilia attended the Conservatorium High School before completing her Bachelor of Music Performance at the Royal Conservatoire in the Netherlands under the tutelage of Thies Roorda & Dorine Schade.
Whilst abroad Emilia performed with the National Youth Orchestra of the Netherlands, the Metropole Orchestra Academy, Orchestra Romana de Tineret in Romania and the Residentie Orchestra Christmas production. As well as Principal piccolo with the KC/Codarts Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Valery Gergiev.
Since returning to Australia in 2018, Emilia has been an active freelance musician, working with numerous orchestras around Sydney, including the dynamic Ensemble Apex, Opera Australia Orchestra and currently holds the 2022 Flute Fellowship position with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra.
